Subject : 
Black screen in the remote client.
 
Description : 
The remote client logins into the KH1516Ai and the selected port displays "Local user occupied KVM ".
 
Solution : 
The Port Access Mode is configured as “Occupy”.
If you need two users to monitor the same port at the same time, you can ask your KVM administrator to set the Port Access Mode to “Share” under Device Management \ KVM Devices \ Port Configuration
