	Console off line

Description :
	With a KA7230 connected to KM0932, the OSD always displays the error message “Off line / No Device Attached”. The Online LED s on both the KA7230 and KM0932 are lit.

Solution :
	There is a firmware mismatch between the KA7230 and KM0932. Please rerun the KM0932 firmware update with the CPU modules attached and powered on. Please download KM0932 firmware upgrade utility from KM0932 product web page, ＂Support and Download" tag: https://www.aten.com/global/en/products/kvm/matrix-kvm-switches/km0932/ And select a suitable version from "Firmware Upgrade Package" then run it.
