eco sensor simulator can't work under Win7
 
Description : 
ECO sensor simulator will not run under WIN7
Cannot run AddSimulatorDeviceToDatebBase.bat and AddHistoryToDataBase.bat

 
Solution : 
Go to
Start Menu \ Control Panel \ User Accounts \ Change User Account settings
Move the slider down to Never Notify Me.

Then run the AddSimulatorDeviceToDatebBase.bat and AddHistoryToDataBase.bat files again
