Description : 
把显示语言改成中文, 关机再重开后, 还是显示英文?
 
Solution : 
1. 更改设定后需要一分钟储存设定
2. 若储存途中还有更改其他设定, 会再需要额外一分钟
3. 五分钟后会强制储存
