Please change mouse setting on server or PC as below.
Windows 2000: Set the mouse speed to the middle position. Set the mouse acceleration to None
Windows XP: Set the mouse speed to the middle position. Disable Enhance Pointer Precision
Win ME : Set the mouse speed to the middle position. Disable mouse acceleration
WinNT/Win95/Win98 : Set the mouse speed to the slowest position.
Red hat Linux: Set the mouse acceleration to the middle position. Set the mouse threshold to the middle position.
SUN OS 5.8: Set the mouse acceleration to the 1.0 ; Set the mouse threshold to 1. Also pls disable “snap to” function in mouse properties dialog.
Moreover, for Unix/Linux system, you can also try to use command "xset m 1"
