	CE250 VGA Problem

Description :
	I Recently purchased CE250. After installation, I encountered this problem. The display of the remote console has “shadow”; the distance between the local and the remote is only 50-60 meters. The electric wires are placed in separate conduit pipe. Here is the setup: I connected the VGA of CE250 (Local) to the output of VS92A (the input is directly connected to the computer) and the mouse and keyboard of CE250 (Local) are connected directly to the computer. Computer > video > VS92A >a) one monitor and b) VGA of CE250 (local) > mouse and keyboard > CE250 (local) What should be done? Will CE300, CE700, or KE0220 solve the problem?

Solution :
	1. The CE250 max resolution support 1280x1024 60Hz. Please make sure your setting is not over this. 2. If you have another brand of monitor, try to do a test with CE250. 3. Please try to using T568B CAT 5 STP cable for testing. 4. Could you take a photo about the "shadow" problem to us? We will try to analysis it.
