Solution : 
MicLIVE supports USB audio(UAC) input and analog audio input at 
sample rate 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz, 96kHz, 176.4kHz and 192kHz, and it
will convert into USB audio(UAC) at 24bit/96Khz.
