To upgrade the firmware, please download the firmware from 

https://www.aten.com/global/en/supportcenter/downloads/?q=CV10KM

Then follows the below setups

1. Press the push button on CV10KM before connecting PS/2(provide power) and USB(transfer data) to the PC that has upgrade file.

2. Execute the firmware upgrade file on your PC. (Press and hold the push button)

3. The F/W upgrade file finds CV10KM and runs the F/W upgrade program. (Once the F/W upgrade file finds CV10KM, you can release the push button)
