Subject :
	UC3022 PGM輸出的文字會有色暈或是偏色問題

Description :
	透過UC3022 PGM輸出的畫面，文字旁邊部分，有偏紅，綠或黃色的現象可參考附件附圖

Solution :
	UC3022 會對影像進行 4:2:2取樣，造成失真這是硬體上的限制，目前無法修正。
