	请问Response check 功能是怎么执行的?

Solution :
	1. Response Check 是在序列装置有上电的情况下, 连接序列主控台服务器(Serial Console Server)才会做的检查. 2. 由序列主控台服务器询问序列装置的状况, 序列装置要是没有回应, 就会在序列主控台服务器的日志中看到 " Response Check Failed"的讯息 3. 如果序列装置没有上电, 也就不会执行 Response Check.
