	CS62KM using Hot Key+mouse to set the resolution is very easy to fail. Is there any other setting method?

Solution :
	Upgrade CS62KM firmware to V1.0.101 or later can only use hot key to setting resolution without using mouse，the Hot key is: ( [Num] + [-] + [L] + [2] [Resolution (e.g., 3840x2160)] [Enter] or [Ctrl] + [F12] + [L] + [2] [Resolution (e.g., 3840x2160)] [Enter] ). please download the manual and FW from https://www.aten.com/global/en/supportcenter/downloads/?q=CS62KM For more information for how to setting resolution and upgrade FW, please check the manual If still have problems, please contact ATEN Tech Support
