It's because of the firmware upgrade. After upgrading the app and UC3022 firmware, you haven't synchronized the app and UC3022. Below are the steps: 1. Please make sure you upgrade the new firmware of UC3022, v1.1.109 or above. 2. Then check the app version. Make sure you use the new version, v1.2.111 or above. 3. After upgrading from website, link the app with UC3022. The app will pop-up a message and ask you upgrade. After pressing upgrade to upgrade the firmware by using app, the hotkey could work. |
