	Can the local console of CN9950 suppport HDCP?

Description :
	Customer using some video software that needs HDCP at the local console of CN9950, then display start flick. It seemed like an HDCP issue, Can CN9950 support HDCP?

Solution :
	No, both remote and local of CN9950 can not support HDCP
