Description :
	CS62U在键盘bypass模式下, 切换到空端口无法切回来.

Solution :
	1.由于硬件限制, CS62U/CS62US无法检测USB端口的电源, 因此无法避免这种情况的发生. 2.在键盘bypass模式下, KVM将监视键盘与PC之间的沟通, 来确认使用者是否按了热键. 切换到空端口时, 键盘与PC之间没有沟通, 即使按了热键, KVM也不会知道. 3.通常在这种情况下, 其他的KVM会检测PC USB端口是否供电. 如果没有供电, 则KVM将切换回键盘emulation模式, 来确保热键可以在此空端口中工作.
