	Dell R230 USB 인식 불가

Description :
	CS1316에 연결된 Dell 서버 R230을 Win7 에서 Win10으러 업그레이드 했는데 그 후로 해당 서버에서 USB인식을 못하는 증상이 발생합니다. 해결 방법 문의드립니다.

Solution :
	USB 속도 설정으로 해결 가능합니다. 1. [Num Lock]을 누른 상태에서 2. [-]를 눌렀다 뗍니다. 3. [Num Lock]을 뗍니다.(이때 "Scroll Lock" and "Caps Lock" LED가 점멸 됩니다.) 4. [F11]을 클릭합니다. 5. [F] 또는 [L] 을 클릭합니다. [F] : Full speed, [L] : Low speed
