	使用PE4104G的按鈕開啟/關閉電源

Description :
	當我使用PE4104G前面板上的按鈕, 無法開啟/關閉電源.

Solution :
	由於安全因素, 按壓按鈕一下無法開啟/關閉電源. 使用者必須按住按鈕3秒鐘以上, 才能將其相應端口的電源開啟或關閉.
