Solution :
	upgrade CE680/690 firmware to V2.2.215 or later should solve the issue. To upgrade the firmware, please download the firmware and manual from https://www.aten.com/global/en/supportcenter/downloads/?q=CE690 Please check the manual for how to upgrade firmware.
