Description :
	如果我將PE6108的電流最小值設為0A時，有時候我會看到觸發的log訊息，如下： PDU current (0.000) (Present) minimum threshold warning between 0.2700 ~ 0.0 . 我想知道觸發警告訊息的設備範圍要如何計算？

Solution :
	觸發範圍(最大極限值 - 最小極限值) x 15% 範例如下: 最大極限值 = 1.8A 最小極限值 = 0.0A 警告觸發值為(1.8-0.0) x 15% = 0.27 最小值觸發範圍 = 0.0 ~ 0.27A 最大值觸發範圍 = 1.53A ~ 1.8A
