Do ATEN have a guideline on the quickest way to put the newly swapped in KE to go online and function the exact same way as the replaced faulty KE? We are concerned about the down time and config complexity (for example: if the faulty KE device is 192.168.0.81, can they set the IP of the new device’s IP as 192.168.0.81 and it can replace the old device without the need to add it to the boundless switching group and assign user access rights) |
