How to change the default hotkey mode?
 
Solution : 
If there is no [Scroll Lock] key in the keyboard, switch to the Alternate HSM invocation by using hotkey [T]. Then it can change hotkey mode from [Scroll Lock] [Scroll Lock] to [Ctrl] [Ctrl].
