새 소프트웨어 토큰을 추가했지만 OTP 번호를 확인하지 못했습니다.
Solution :
MOTP 서버가 휴대 전화 / 태블릿과 올바르게 동기화되어 있는지 확인하십시오.
1. MTOP 포털 액세스 (admin / admin)
http : // MTOP_IP : 8080 / MOTPWeb /
2. MOTP 날짜 / 시간 확인
MOTPWeb> 시스템> 시스템 상태
-> 전화 / 태블릿 날짜 / 시간과 비교
3. 필요한 경우 NTP 설정을 조정하십시오.
MOTPWeb> 시스템> 네트워크 설정> NTP 설정
