Solution :
	Upgrade CS1922M/1924M firmware to V1.1.104 or later should solve the issue. To upgrade the firmware, please download the firmware and manual from https://www.aten.com/global/en/supportcenter/downloads/?q=CS1922M Please check the manual for how to upgrade firmware.
