UH7230 supports 85w power, so 1 Thunderbolt 3 USB-C Cable in the package can support 85w charging?
 
Solution : 
The reason that UH7230 supports 85w power is because UH7230 itself consumes 15W power. 
The cable itself still supports 100W.
