Why my CCKM cannot work?
 
Description : 

I have tested CCKM in my office and it can work.  However, when I move the installation to customer site and it becomes inaccessible:  in my environment I use “192.168.0.100”; in the customer site, the customer asks me to assign “169.254.1.100” to CCKM server and I cannot access it.  How can I fix the problem?

 
Solution : 
IP segment “169.254.x.x”:  This is what's called an Automatic Private IP address. A PC with an IP in this range means it cannot see the network.  Please assign another IP.
