	CV211 connect with console port of CS1798, remote mouse can notwork

Solution :
	Upgrade CS1798/CS17916 firmware to V1.2.114 or later shold solve the issue. To upgrade the firmware, please download the firmware and manual from https://www.aten.com/global/en/supportcenter/downloads/?q=CS1798 Please check the manual of CS1798/CS17916 for how to upgrade firmware. If the issue persists, please contact our Tech Support for assistance.
