Description : 
在浏览器中输入ccvsr ip地址后没有视频
 
Solution : 
CCVSR的默认端口是9080
访问IP地址为192.168.0.100的视频会话记录器
输入：http://192.168.0.100:9080这会将IP地址转发到CCVSR端口
