eco sensor不能在Win7下工作
 
Description : 
ECO传感器模拟器不会在Win7下运行，无法运行addSimulatorDeviceTodateBBase.bat和addHistoryToDatabase.bat
 
Solution : 
转到“开始”菜单\控制面板\用户帐户\更改用户帐户设置，向下移动滑块到从不通知我。然后再次运行addSimulatorDeviceTodateBBase.bat和addHistoryToDatabase.bat文件
