Solution : 
Edge浏览器不支持插件，因此不会运行Java或Windows客户端。Edge浏览器允许您在IE中打开相同的URL。选择Edge浏览器顶部的多操作选项，然后单击Internet Explorer打开，您应该能够运行Java或Windows客户端。
