	VE89XX/第五个触摸屏无法工作

Description :
	直接将5个触摸板连接到一台PC上，5个触摸板可以同时操作，没有问题。如果连接到VE8900，当连接4个触摸板时，4个触摸板可以正常使用（1T 4R）。当连接第五个触摸屏时，第五个触摸屏将不工作。如果用5个USB鼠标更换触摸屏，5个USB鼠标可以正常使用。

Solution :
	触摸屏和USB鼠标支持不同，触摸屏支持BYPASS模式，USB BYPASS机制只能同时支持4台设备，这是对VE发射端的限制。
