	A License Key for Secondary CCKM

Description :
	Does the secondary CCKM also need a license key?

Solution :
	Yes. If user setup a redundancy CCKM, he must purchase two license keys for primary and secondary CCKM. When the secondary server without a license key, it can be seen as a free version, only can access up to 8 KE Tx or Rx. If the primary server sets 10 KE devices with the license key, secondary server without a license key. when the primary server offline and switch to the secondary server, the secondary server only can manage 8 KE devices.
