KH2508A does not support the function automatically write EDID into KVM adapter. Please refer to the following steps manually refresh the EDID information.
Step1 : invoke Hotkey mode 1. Hold down the [Num Lock] key 2. Press and release the [Minus] key 3. Release the [Num Lock] key
Step2 : Try the following commands.
Read monitor EDID and update to the dongle Press [E][C] + [Enter]
or Update dongle EDID by ATEN default EDID Press [E][A] + [Enter] |
