The "Cancel Switch Request" appears in the below situation. 

PC A is using the printer or user uses the function to lock connection on PC A. 

Then the user who use PC B wants to use the printer， so he clicks "Switch to local computer". 

But because the connection is locked on PC A， the software on PC B will show "Cancel Switch Request" to let the user cancel the request.
