We'd like to know what kind of the category LAN cable is for VE801 video extenders installation?

Can we use Cat 7 twisted pair to connect transmitter and receiver of VE801 or VE812?

VE801 is able to extend HDMI signals over a single Cat 5e/6/6a cable.

Cat 7 network cable uses a GG45 connector , which is slightly different from the RJ45 of Cat 6a network cable. Although this connector is compatible with RJ45 connector, our recommendation is not to use Cat 7 cable.
