USB keyboard and mouse can not working when switching to port1 or port5.

If switching to other ports, it does not have this problem.

It might be USB handshaking issue at client side, some operating system such as IBM AIX can not work with USB high-speed mode, please try adjust the USB mode from high-speed to low-speed to see if the problem can be solved.

1.Invoke HSM

(default setting)press [NumLock]+[-] -> release [-] -> then release [Num Lock] 

or

press [Ctrl]+[F12]

After 1 second, a "Hotkey:" working will show up on console monitor

2. press [F], USB speed changed to "Full-speed" mode

    if press [F] again, USB speed will be changed to "Low-speed" mode
