CS1784A firmware upgrade fail
Description :
CS1784 A firmware is upgraded fail, and it cannot be used anymore. How should I do to let it work?
Solution :
Please follow the below steps to let your KVM work again!
1. Power off the CS1784A by removing the power jack.
2. Invoke Firmware Upgrade Mode by holding down the Port 1 pushbutton in the front panel and power on the CS1784A. The orange LEDs flash together.
3. Do the firmware upgrade procedure again.
If your CS1784A is still not working after upgrading, please contact your local supplier for RMA.
