Why I can’t see the login screen? It seems stay in ATEN logo screen for good.

If you are using a dual display console station, and only connect one monitor for test, please make you are connecting monitor to the main video output. 

The login screen only display on main video output. The main video output is on the left side when you look at the console station from rear, and it is close to serial port, a DB-9 connector.
