Description : 
VM0808H RS232 tool unable to run on windows7 64bit PC
 
Solution : 
For 64bit OS, there is no Access DB installed by default, to make the tool work in a 64bit PC, please install the following: 

1. 64bit Microsoft Access 

2. 64bit ODBC and OLEDB:
