Solution :
	For 64bit OS, there is no Access DB installed by default, to make the tool work in a 64bit PC, please install the following: 1. 64bit Microsoft Access 2. 64bit ODBC and OLEDB: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
