When connecting to the client PC, my keyboard works well and can operate the remote PC without problem, but if reboot the remote PC, I am unable to enter the BIOS or move up/down the menu of remote PC.
Please ensure the [USB mouse support] option in the remote PC’s BIOS is enabled
