CS1708i Login Fail
 
Description : 
I get a warning message "Protocal version doesn't match" from the log of CS1708i, and I fail to access CS1708i remotely, how to fix it?
 
Solution : 
The wrong version of the application software might cause it.
Please execute the relevant version of the software (WinClient/JavaClient) to fit the right firmware version of your CS1708i.
