When using KH1508Ai with Mac OS via Safari login to KH1508Ai. The web page working well, but when click view then the JAVA program can't pop up for use. How can I solve this issue ? |

This is a F/W issue causes by Safari. Please upgrade your KH1508Ai with new firmware (version v1.1.103 or higher).
Firmware can be downloaded at the below location :
http://www.aten.com/download/download_fw.php
Please refer to user manual for correct firmware upgrade (Mainboard + IPCard) steps.
