Subject :
	KN2116A cannot be accessed via H3C network switch

Description :
	I use a H3C switch S7506E-V on my network and when a PC and the KN2116 are on the same network segment, the PC can access the KN2116. However, if they are not on the same network segment, the client PC can't access the KN2116. How can I fix this?

Solution :
	The H3C switch S7506E-V has a compatibility problem and can't get the MAC address of the KN2116. To resolve this, set the MAC address of the KN2116 on the H3C switch S7506E-V manually.
