1. Prepare a computer, USB cable (A to B connection) and USB keyboard

2. Connect the computer to one of the PC ports of KVM

3. Have the firmware file ready on the desktop

4. Invoke HSM by hitting [Scroll Lock] key twice

5. Type the word "UPGRADE" on the keyboard

6. Run the firmware file and follow the on screen instruction to finish
