	1. You could sign up with facebook account and type the S/N on the Phantom website to download the software. http://phantoms.aten.com.tw/?lang=en 2. If the sign up process fail, you could try to register the product on eService by click Product Registration. Below is the website. https://eservice.aten.com/eServiceCx/Common/FAQ/list.do?lang=en_US Then, click My download to get the download link.
