	I see the CS682 is firmware upgradeable, but the quick start guide doesn’t mention how to perform the firmware upgrade. I checked the ATEN website but there's no manual or quick start guide available yet. When will the quick start guide and user manual be available on-line?

Solution :
	1. The firmware upgrade steps are included in the User's manual, but not in the quick start guide and both are included with the CS682 package. 2. For security reasons, the user manual and quick start guide are released on the website 3 months after the product is announced.
