When switching from one profile to another one, the screen stays black, but the OSD stays on. I've tried to bypass VM5808H, connect the video source directly to the monitor, and the display works without issues.

1. Please confirm the source video format (frequency, resolution, interlace or progressive and HDCP version) to make sure the format and specification fit our product and destination display device. 

2. Make sure the HDCP setting of VM5808H is in accordance with the source and destination. For instance, if the source is without HDCP, please disable the HDCP of input for VM5808H.
