No screen when configuring as 1080P
 
Description : 
How come I have video when using a 1.8 or 5M HDMI cable at the output port of the VM1600, but no video when using a 10M cable?

 
Solution : 

Please ensure the scaler is set to 720P. 

If 1080P is required, we suggest using a video extender such as the VE801 or VE802 in conjunction with the VM1600.
