My toushcreen doesn't work with the VE803, any recommendation?

Your touchscreen must support USB
2.0 full speed.

You need to use a power supply on the
local unit, or a USB fully powered Hub between the computer and VE803 Local
unit.

 

If the problem remains, it may be a
compatibility problem, we suggest to take a look at the following solution:
