Cannot connect to the PDU via Telnet
 
Description : 
I cannot connect to the PDU via Telnet, what might be the problem?


 
Solution : 
Please ensure you are using the latest firmware (http://www.aten.com/download/download_fw.php) and the Telnet server has been enabled on the PDU webpage (Setup --> Security --> Working mode), please refer to attached picture.
