Description :
	The RS232 software does not start, how do I resolve this problem?

Solution :
	The error code is associated with the serial port connection, please verify the following. 1. An unused COM port available on your computer? 2. Are there any resources accessing the Com port? 3. Do you have Antivirus software that may be blocking use of the serial port connection? You might have to disable or uninstall the antivirus for testing. If the problem persists, please contact our Technical Support for further help. http://eservice.aten.com/
