Description : 
What does the HDMI out LED states? when connecting to a DVD Player, the HDMI out LED is flashing, but connecting to PC,the HDMI out LED lights.
 
Solution : 
Lights indicate the content with the HDCP, flashes to indicate the content without the HDCP.
